Are you looking for a simple fall dinner idea?
With Christmas quickly approaching, it is hard to find time to cook those yummy meals that our famlies are used to eating!
This week we were able to try samples of the Marie Callender’s Comforts From Home three meat and four cheese lasagna. Just…YUM. The whole family loved it and I definitely appreciated that I could just toss it in the oven! Our days are filling up too quickly! Between school, getting ready for holidays and every one working, sometimes we just don’t have the time to make a full from-scratch meal.
We hate going out to eat, so Marie Callender’s is a great middle ground! Tasty like home-made food but it is quick and easy.
Also… dessert. We all have a soft spot for desserts, so having the little pie thrown in at the end of our meal was perfect! Y’all… this pie is microwaveable! Yummy apple pie in 5 minutes. Day. Made.
You can find these frozen dinners (and pies) at pretty much any grocery store.
Most importantly, there are codes on the back of Comforts From Home boxes which you can enter on their website. For every entry by 1/31/2015 of an 8-digit code found on participating products, Marie Callender’s will donate $.50 to the USO2GO program. Guaranteed minimum donation: $100,000. Maximum donation: $250,000. Limit 5 code entries per person/computer every day. Valid in U.S. Only.
I have a few friends in the military so this hits close to home with me. Helping to send those packages of love to our troops is such a great way to show our support, even from our own homes!

Marie Callendars pot pies are my go to frozen food. They are so good and super easy! I’ve never tried the fruit pies though, I will have to next time!
