If you are working on how to grow your Facebook page, there is one way to get more likes organically, from people who are already interested in your content.
This is to INVITE people to like your Facebook page. No, I’m not talking about inviting your friends or family members, but instead inviting people who have already engaged with your content, but haven’t taken the time to hit “like” on your page yet.
It’s a super easy process, but it’s complicated to try to type up a tutorial, so I did a quick video to show you how it’s done as part of my Actionable Blogging series on Youtube
Watch the video tutorial here:
This is a wonderful way to grow your Facebook page organically.
Because of how the Facebook algorithm works, it’s important to only have people like your page who will be interested in the content you share regularly, and will be willing to interact with the things you share.
The easiest way to explain it is, the MORE your followers interact with your content, the more Facebook will show what you are sharing in people’s newsfeeds. The less people interact…the less Facebook shows your content in newsfeeds. Having engaged followers is ESSENTIAL to success on Facebook. Inviting followers like this is a great way to grow your page
Facebook does take away this capability once your page reaches around 100k followers, so take advantage of it while you can!

Thank you so much! this was great! I was shocked at how many people I needed to invite that have reacted to posts but hadn’t liked it yet. A tip though….don’t go too fast liking to catch up. I got the feature taken away. I was trying to go back through my photo post until Aug 1st and was about to go through my weekly live broadcasts when I was alerted. I filled out a feedback form so hopefully they will give it back to me. It took me a few hours to go through posts from Dec through Aug 9th. At the end I started going really fast in the last photo trying to speed through as I’d been intentional about not seeming too fast before.(Facebook is like that thinking you are a bot). uh-oh! thank you too much for the tips though! I’ve let me VA know. :-)
