This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Teespring. All opinions are 100% mine.
I was really excited when Teespring asked me to share their company with all of you, because I think this is a really incredible program. It’s perfect for any type of fundraising. Whether is for a youth ministry at your church, for an adoption fund, or even just to raise money for your favorite charity, teespring is a great option!
How it works: Teespring is a Tshirt company that allows you to design your own shirts. I played around on it for a few minutes and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to play with designs and create a professional looking shirt! There are font options, color choices, and even lots of clip art to choose from, that makes it really easy to customize an awesome looking shirt! Anything from regular t-shirts, to tank tops to hoodies, they have it all! You can watch a brief youtube video about how it works by clicking here.
Payment: The unique (and awesome) thing about Teespring is that there is no upfront fee. You don’t have to order a bunch of shirts and then cross your fingers that people want to buy them. Instead, you create your shirt, you set up a campaign and select the amount of time you would like your campaign to run. Then, you share the campaign page with all your potiential buyers and they can pre-order shirts online. They don’t pay for the shirt until they print, so there is no risk involved if you don’t reach your campaign goal. You can also customize pricing for the shirts and the amount of shirts that need to be sold for them to print, the cost of printing decreases with the more shirts you estimate buying, but if you do not reach your goal they will not print.
No Hassle: Once your campaign comes to an end, as long as you’ve reached your print goal, the shirts will be printed and shipped straight to your customers. You won’t have to run around delivering a bunch of shirts because teespring takes care of that for you! Perfect, right?
This could even be a great way to make shirts for family reunions or other group events. Every one could pay for their own shirt and have it shipped to their doorstep, instead of one person having to collect money, sizes and shirt sizes.
Hop on over there and start designing your shirts. It’s actually really fun to play with the design widget, I messed around on there for quite awhile creating imaginary shirts.
What type of shirt will you create with their program? Are there any fundraising events in your near future?
