Although I’m a huge fan of Houston specifically, I think this is true of ALL cities! I was inspired by our sponsor, Tampico to come up with fun new adventures to go on with my kids, and ended up making a whole game of it!

Since all of our cities are so different, I decided to come up with a list that should work in ANY city!!!
- Find a new park to visit
- Look for butterflies in a field of flowers
- Have dinner with your neighbors
- Take pictures in front of street murals in your city
- Collect shells at the beach
- Go camping in the backyard
- Have lunch at a food truck
- Have a water balloon fight
- Fly a kite
- Go rock climbing (for an extra challenge – do what my kids did and see if you can scale the wall WITH a cup of Tampico in your hand! My son did it without spilling a drop!)
- Cool off at the pool
- Have a hula hoop contest
- Go for a walk in the rain
- Pick some fresh fruit
- Make a chalk drawing on the driveway
- Take a bus tour of your city
- Go letterboxing
- Visit a new museum
- Watch a show at a local theater
- Find a local festival to attend
- Watch planes take off
- Visit a city landmark
- Find a roller coaster to ride
- Feed ducks at a local pond
