I’ve always been the person that didn’t have tissues handy. No one in our family has allergies, so unless some one is sick, we never bothered to buy them. Since being introduced to the Angel Soft® on the go tissues, I’ve come up with so many uses for them I can hardly believe they haven’t always been on my shopping list! They really help you be ready for anything!
Here are just a few of the ways I’ve discovered a need for tissues!
- In car snacking – No matter how many times we make the “no more eating in the car rule” it always gets broken and I’m always unprepared for the messy hands, faces, car seats and buckles that come from the rule breaking. Tissues solve this problem in an easy non-sticky way!
- Painting – We just painted our entire house, so this is fresh on my mind, but they are soft and small and perfect for wiping paint off of base boards or anywhere else that it may have gotten that it shouldn’t.
- In-store messes – Please tell me that my kids aren’t the only ones who have made a mess in the middle of the grocery store. Just this week my two year old spilled a juice sample all down her front (and then started screaming about it, naturally). The small size of the on-the-go tissues means I can carry them in my person for happy occasions like these.
- At the park – From wiping off a wet slide to cleaning a scraped knee these are pretty essential for park-playtime too! The packaging is water and crush resistant which makes it actually do-able for me to take it with me everywhere!
- For friends – I always feel super-awkward when friends come over sneezing with allergies and I have precisely zero tissues to offer them. Even if you don’t suffer from allergies yourself it’s nice to have something to offer your friends for their noses that is not toilet paper or paper towels.
- Car Interior – These don’t have lotion in them so you can use them to wipe down your car’s dash or the little window in front of your speedometer. Three cheers for easy cleaning!
How do you use tissues? Do you keep them with you every where you go for unexpected messes or just keep them at home for around-the-house uses?
