This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Activia. All opinions are my own.
This month, I was given the chance to participate in the Activia challenge! I have to say I am quite interested to see how it goes.
Eating Activia twice a day for four weeks, as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, may help reduce the frequency of minor digestive issues like bloating, gas, discomfort and rumbling.
After having my two kids, it is not uncommon for me to experience one or multiple of those symptoms throughout the month, so I’m excited to try this out and see what happens!
Thankfully, there are a variety of flavors so you won’t get sick of eating the same thing twice a day. My family has tried several of them already and we’ve enjoyed them all! I even add some granola to mine sometimes to give it a crunch when I don’t want to eat something smooth or creamy.
Strawberry has always been a favorite flavor of mine, but this week we’re working through a pack of Black Cherry and it’s particularly tasty as well.
There are greek yogurt options for those of you who enjoy the flavor of the Greek yogurt. I’m partial to the regular type myself but I know a lot of people who RAVE about Greek yogurt, so I like that they have options for either.
Since it’s no fun doing a challenge all by yourself, Activia is letting me give away 10 vouchers for free yogurt, just like I’m trying this month! I’d love to do the challenge with YOU!
If you are up for it, enter the giveaway below! OR you can head out to the store and stock up on your own while you wait to see if you win!
