This month, I was given the chance to participate in the Activia challenge! I have to say I am quite interested to see how it goes.
Eating Activia twice a day for four weeks, as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, may help reduce the frequency of minor digestive issues like bloating, gas, discomfort and rumbling.
After having my two kids, it is not uncommon for me to experience one or multiple of those symptoms throughout the month, so I’m excited to try this out and see what happens!

There are greek yogurt options for those of you who enjoy the flavor of the Greek yogurt. I’m partial to the regular type myself but I know a lot of people who RAVE about Greek yogurt, so I like that they have options for either.
