Need a quick appetizer on Easter Sunday to hold off the egg hunting kiddos while you finish up the ham and potato salad? Cherry Fluff with Gingersnaps is a crowd pleasing recipe with only two ingredients! This is Ashley, from 3 Little Greenwoods I’ve got just the thing for you!
Simply soften two blocks of cream cheese and grab a small jar of maraschino cherries.
Finely chop 1/2 cup of drained cherries in a small food processor. Don’t forget to remove any stems! ;)
Next add 2 blocks of softened cream cheese to the cherries and blend until combined.
Add about 10 roughly chopped cherries to give the spread a little bit of texture. You can do this in the food processor or by hand.
Enjoy the finished Cherry Fluff with Gingersnap cookies! I love how the sweet creaminess of the spread compliments the spicy cookies. Mmm…
This recipe was a hit at our recent Steeplechase Tailgating Party!
May you and your family have a blessed Easter!
