Here’s another great post from Trine, this time, she’s sharing healthy meal ideas!
It’s almost the end of a year and a new one is starting. At this time of year health is always being though about and talked about. You are probably eating to many cookies, cakes and sweets now or you want to start the new year healthy (Me and oh me!) I have some really quick recipes that can easily be made.
Breakfast is such an important meal of the day, and this is a great big breakfast at the start of the day. Try to make it as healthy as possible by adding some grilled tomatoes ( I just fry them in the pan), use whole-wheat bread as well.
A sandwich wrap is a simple and delicious lunch or dinner and can be eaten on the go. Here I have used salad, sausage and an egg.
For dinner always remember to eat lots of veggies or make a salad that can be used multiple days in a row.
This meal only takes about 25 minutes to get ready. Put the salmon in a buttered pan in the oven for 20 minutes in 200 C (390 F). Add some whole wheat pasta, carrots and any other veggies you prefer and you can even have some salad on the side!
You know that sweet tooth you get with all the candy and Christmas treats all around you, try eating some fruits instead. Cup up fruit can be frozen and thawed for fresh fruits every day.
I hope you are ready for the new year – I am still working on my resolutions, but being healthier is sure one of them! Stop by my blog Creative Pink Butterfly for Christmas recipes now and for a lot healthier recipes in the new year!

I want to be sure that my girl knows some basic self defense and how to run away from an attacker in case she ever finds herself in a sticky situation.
