Olaf’s Frozen Adventure is going to be out – just in time for the holidays!
It was released on DVD on December 19th, along with 6 adorable extra shorts!
In Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 21-minute featurette “Olaf’s Frozen
Adventure,” Olaf (voice of Josh Gad) teams up with Sven on a merry mission.
It’s the first holiday season since the gates reopened and Anna (voice of
Kristen Bell) and Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel) host a celebration for all of
Arendelle. When the townspeople unexpectedly leave early to enjoy their
individual holiday customs, the sisters realize they have no family traditions
of their own. So, Olaf sets out to comb the kingdom to bring home the best
traditions and save this first Christmas for his friends.
Also, be sure to join Olaf for more holiday cheer as he hosts a
program of Disney’s winter shorts anchored by the all-new Olaf’s Frozen
Adventure!
And then there are the classic Disney Holiday Shorts:
1. THE HOCKEY CHAMP – Donald Duck shows his nephews the moves
that won him his hockey trophy, but the boys have a few moves of
their own
2. WINTER – Silly Symphony – In this musical short – the last of the
‘Silly Symphony’ series – see wintertime from the point of view of our
favorite woodland creatures.
3. THE ART OF SKIING – The first cartoon to use the now-famous Goofy
holler, this short features Goofy learning how to ski at the Sugar
Bowl Ski Resort.
4. PLUTO’S CHRISTMAS TREE – While picking out their Christmas tree,
Mickey and Pluto chop down the perfect one, unaware that they’re
bringing home Chip and Dale along for the ride.
5. ONCE UPON A WINTERTIME – While courting Jenny, Joe tries to
show off on the ice, but events soon turn to a timely rescue in this
musical December Valentine.
6. POLAR TRAPPERS – The first cartoon to feature Donald and
Goofy without Mickey; The duo are animal trappers in the
South Pole with very different (and hilariously unsuccessful)
approaches.

Um, all of them?! We do truly love all the Disney movies. I’m SUPER excited about the Shorts though because those were my favorites growing up. I remember always checking the Christmas tree to see if Chip and Dale were in there. LOL

Jennifer Ostroski says
Seriously, HOW did I not know this was coming out?!?!?!? Her faves change but she loves the classic Cinderella.

My daughter’s favorite Disney movie is…. Frozen! Olaf has been her favorite Disney character since she was about 18 months old. She saw a short video with Olaf and was absolutely enamored. That has led to quite the extensive Olaf collection. I grew up as a Disney kid and still love anything Disney so I’m thrilled to share this love of Disney with her.
Tamara Mason says
I love the music in Frozen and really all of the Disney films. My favorite is still Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs, probably because I am amazed at how innovative it was when it was made and again I love the music.
Lauren says
Olaf’s Frozen Adventure has quickly moved in as my daughter’s favorite!
