I’m not a fan of cold weather AT ALL so I always hate leaving the house when it’s rainy and cold during our Texas winters. It’s particularly miserable because I can’t manage to hold an umbrella while holding the baby in one arm and my toddler’s hand. I just don’t have enough hands, nor is it practical to hold an umbrella while buckling kids in and out of car seats. I always end up getting soaked whenever it rains here.
And then this happened:
I discovered Raincapers and was given one to review on my blog! Honest thoughts? I love it! I didn’t realize this until I put it on, but the fabulous thing about it being a cape (As opposed to a typical rain coat) is that your purse goes under the cape, meaning it stays dry too! Me and my things can all stay dry while sprinting to the car in the rain. How fabulous is that?
My friend and I had some fun doing a photo shoot in the rain while I tried out my new cape! I was impressed by how lightweight the Capers are. They would be perfect for Winter weather OR Summer weather. I know I will be wearing mine in every season of rains!!! It buttons all the way down the front for easy on/off and it has a super comfy hood too!
There are several color options on the site, but I went with the black and gray option since I like to wear colored jeans and shorts so often. I can be sure it will match whatever bright pants (or my normal jeans) that I am wearing and still look really fashionable!
They have given me an exclusive coupon code for 25% off your purchase! Use the code: imperfect at checkout to redeem your code!
These capes are adorable, practical and would make a really fantastic gift! Since they are new on the scene, you can be sure that you are buying something that the receiver doesn’t already have in their closet, and since it is a one-size item, you won’t have to worry about buying the wrong size and creating a really awkward situation!
I love my Raincaper!!!
