If you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for a fun new side dish to make for the holidays. Don’t get me wrong, I’m always a fan of the traditional green bean casserole. But sometimes you just need to mix it up a bit. And Balsamic Shaved Brussels Sprouts are the perfect alternative.
The best part about these brussels sprouts, is that they’ll turn even the most skeptical brussels sprout eater into a fan. I mean, how can you go wrong with pancetta (which is a lot like bacon), and cream? Plus, pan roasting them gives a yummy nutty flavor.
