We love finding Kids activities in the simplest of things! We created this DIY puzzle from an old paper sack.
Simply choose paper instead of plastic the next time you make a grocery run, pull out your craft scissors and you will have everything that you need to create your own puzzle!
Cut out the store logo portion of the bag. Then, chop it into pieces. Vary the piece size depending on the age of your child. This can get harder or easier depending on who is playing!
After cutting the logo into pieces, give it to your child and let them figure out how it goes back together! It’s fun to watch them figure it out. It presents an extra challenge since the pieces don’t lock into place quite like a puzzle you’d buy at the store. So fun! Watch the video below to see how we did ours.
Have you ever made a DIY puzzle? This could be done with extra photo prints or old posters as well!
