If you have been reading my blog long, you know that I am all about easy cooking! I’m not the greatest of mommy-chefs, and with two toddlers underfoot, I just don’t have the time to spend hours in the kitchen crafting epic dinners from scratch. This is why I love the idea of having Michelina’s on hand for quick, easy and YUMMY dinners!
On the Michelina’s website they have tons of creative ideas showcasing how you can Make It Your Michelina’s! Simple edits and additions to their fabulous products to make their yummy meals into something perfect for your family. Here are a few of my favorites from the website:
- Lettuce Wraps – I would have never thought to put their fried rice in large leaves of lettuce, but this looks amazing! I think my hubby and I would both love this one, and that doesn’t always happen since we have two very opposite tastes when it comes to food.
- Franks ‘n’ Cheese – My kids would get a kick out of this fun & easy recipe! Macaroni and cheese is always a big crowd pleaser, but this simple recipe takes it up to the next level of tastiness!
- Easy Chicken and Rice Burrito – These look AMAZING! Let me tell you. I’m big on mexican food, so seeing this yumminess, and then learning how simple it is, has been super excited!
- Spicy Michelina’s Alfredo with Chicken & Veggies – This is another recipe that just looks absolutely incredible! I’m not usually a big fan of spicy foods, but I might have to make an exception for this one!
- Lasagna Tacos – We love lasagna and tacos, so it really does kind of make sense to put them together! I have a feeling my hubby would really like this one too!
- Garden Fresh 5 Cheese Ziti – I never would have thought to include squash and zuccini in a ziti recipe, but this looks so good I am definitely going to have to try it sometime!
- Brushchette Siciliani & Fettuccine Alfredo – Alfredo sauce is one of my favorite foods in the world, so I love that Michelina’s provides an easy way for me to have my favorite dish! This recipe shares the perfect companion for the Michelina’s Alfredo!
- Mediterranean Pasta Dinner – I need to get a bit more adventurous with my cooking, and this looks like a great place to start! Easy mediterannean food!
I can’t wait to get started trying out these recipes on nights when I need something fast and yummy for my family! Which of these recipes are you going to try first?

I never would have thought to use a premade dinner and make burritos out them! What a good idea! I make burritos all the time, but this would be even quicker!
