This festive time of year calls for DESSERTS!!! I am in love with this recipe for holiday Rolo pretzel bark.
And not just because when people hear my last name they ask if we own the Rolo brand (hint: we don’t). Our last name is pronounced the same way as the candy, but we have an extra L and no candy-owning bragging rights *tears*.
Chocolate bark is always a huge win at our house, and with the added gooey caramel and salty pretzels this bark is unbelievably delicious!
You’ll want to serve it year round. Just swap out the M&M colors and you’re good to go. Rainbow bark anyone?
I mean, just look at that tasty caramel drizzle!
After making it, this bark can be stored for up to a month, so this is a great one to keep on hand all through December for holiday parties or when unexpected guests drop by. You never know!
