Have you ever taken your children to an Easter Egg Hunt?
Did you make it out alive?
We always picture these calm fun activities, where children gaze around a field in wonder, finding these beautifully decorated eggs and sharing nicely with their friends.
And then the reality is the hunger games. For toddlers.
I can’t handle it. If any more searching for eggs is happening for my children it will occur in the safety of our own backyard where they only have one other sibling contending for the eggs. Not an all out war with other children whom we barely know.
Do you have fond Easter egg hunting memories or scary ones? Thanks to Anna Caltagirone for coming up with this brilliant quote!
